Mr. Govinda Bhat is a Finance and Corporate law professional (FCA, FCS, B.Com) with 20+ years of experience in companies like Haji Hassan Group, Bahrain, Global Edge Software, Kyocera Wireless India and Mistral Solutions. His areas of expertise include CFO Services for SMEs, mentoring entrepreneurs, motivating staff to be business enablers and corporate law and tax compliances.

Anjana Vivek, Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), has over 35 years’ work experience. She is a mentor at NSRCEL, the entrepreneurship centre of IIM Bangalore (IIMB). She has held multiple positions, including inter-alia fulltime faculty at IIMB, leadership roles in two of the Big Four Global Consulting Firms, Independent Director, Mentor and Advisor to Boards, and has been an Entrepreneur.She is acclaimed for her insight and inputs, especially in the areas of funding, valuation and business models, with a focus on business survival and long term growth. She is also a much valued speaker and teacher, for conferences, seminars, workshops and more. She is an author of three books by invitation for Chartered Accountants and founding Editor of the Venture Activity Reports 1993-98, of the Indian Venture Capital Association (IVCA).

(iii) Valuation (co-author). Anjana was a Co-opted Member of ICAI “Women Members Empowerment Committee” in 2014-15. She has been an Independent Director and has held positions in committees of IIMB, ICAI, FKCCI (Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and KSCAA (Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association) among others. She is resident of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
